We are an independently owned and operated business.  We are bound by the National Privacy Legislation.  We may be collecting personal information about you by various methods through the tenancy, to enable us to manage and maintain the premises as per the Residential Tenancies Act.  We may disclose personal information about you to the owner of the Property and to Contractors (approved and authorized by RE/MAX Property Specialists) in the course of our duties.  You have the right to access personal information that we hold about you by contacting our office. We do not trade/swap or sell your private information with other unauthorised companies or individuals.

Repair Advice
Whilst our agency acknowledges that non-urgent repairs may cause inconvenience, as a managing agent, we do not have the authority to book or arrange maintenance on the Lessor's behalf without their prior approval. Your repair request will be assesed as quickly as possible. We will keep you up-to-date in relation to the progress of the approval sought from the Lessor.
