Located just north of Peregian Beach and only 15 minutes drive from Noosa Heads, Marcus Beach is a small coastal locality on the Sunshine Coast bounded by beach and the Noosa National Park.Marcus Beach offers a variety of different housing types and styles, largely detached dwellings from lowset timber cottages through to prestige highset modern homes. There are also a few units in the suburb, while vacant land is becoming harder to find. Properties are tightly held, with only around 100 residential sales in the last five years.

As far as prestige property goes, you need look no further than Tristania Drive - with multiple sales in excess of a million dollars and some in excess of two million dollars. With direct beach access and ocean views, it is little wonder these properties achieve such premium prices.Tristania Drive however also offers unit living at a more affordable price with units starting around the mid to high $300,000's.

Holiday lets are also popular in Marcus Beach, offering holiday goers a quieter retreat to the tourist bustle of Noosa and Coolum Beach. Local residents are attracted to Marcus Beach for the quieter lifestyle, yet still within close proximity to the Noosa business and shopping centre. The beach itself is unpatrolled, but is suitable for surfers.

Public transport servicing Marcus Beach and surrounding areas to and from Noosa is via the Sun Bus service, which runs daily. The bus ride into Noosa takes just around 10 minutes. For local shopping and schools, residents can either go south to Peregian Beach and Coolum Beach or north to Noosa Heads.
